Previously Head of Learning and Development at G2 Recruitment, Megan joins the London-headquartered develop team with a decade of learning and development experience in hypergrowth businesses. Formerly working in agencies that have doubled in headcount, or revenue, Megan’s experience, and expertise will be an invaluable asset to the develop team.
Past roles for Megan have involved implementing new training plans, taking ownership of the development of all consultants, and evaluating the impact; Megan will be setting the strategy for the learning and development of the sales teams imparting knowledge and experience to the team.
